The location was great, the services were excellent, and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding local area.

The staff were LOVELY. Loved that a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and TV with DVD player were included.

Close to a bus station, the location was amazing and lovely. The breakfast was included.

Their helpfulness continued throughout my stay as they offered suggestions for things to see and do in the area and even helped me book a caves tour and a bus to my next destination at a very affordable price. the rooms were spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the nice view from my balcony. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, a great way to start the day. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

The location was convenient and best possible, next to restaurants and cafés. I liked the cute area. The room was a nice size and good value for money, with a beautiful decor and a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and television for my comfort.

The rooms are brand, new and good, sized, complete with a minibar, cable channels, and a sitting area. the staff are super, friendly and exceptionally nice, deserving a 4, star rating. the setting is marvelous and magnificent, right next to the center of things and Phong Nha, Ke Bang caves. the restaurant serves delicious vegetarian food.

I felt so taken care of during my stay at this hotel that I have no complaints at all. The owners and the girl at the reception were great, always ready to assist with any queries.
