Tasty breakfast with pepper and coffee or tea, good service. Great area, marvellous and amazing location, adjacent to which are the best caves to see, Phong Nha national parks and the Bamboo cafe and good location for buses. Nearby D-Arts Zone - great place to chill out.

the pool was a nice bonus, providing a relaxing escape when needed. One specific situation that stood out was when I arrived early and the staff kindly allowed me to check in before the official time. Their helpfulness continued throughout my stay as they offered suggestions for things to see and do in the area and even helped me book a caves tour and a bus to my next destination at a very affordable price. the rooms were spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the nice view from my balcony. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, a great way to start the day. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was perfect for someone like me who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The views of the mountains were stunning, and the nearby village added to the overall beauty of the surroundings. The hotel also offered bike rental at a great price, allowing me to explore the area at my own pace. The staff were fantastic and arranged trips for us, making it convenient to explore the natural wonders of the region. The hotel even had a balcony in my room, which offered a lovely spot to relax and take in the scenery. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was prepared with care. All in all, the combination of the hotel's amenities and the natural beauty of the area made for a truly memorable stay.
I felt so taken care of during my stay at this hotel that I have no complaints at all. The owners and the girl at the reception were great, always ready to assist with any queries.
